Returns & Refunds (Quick Facts)

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery

  • Return cost: Customer is responsible for return shipping (approx $7-10 in the US)

  • Exchanges: Free exchanges within 30 days

  • Made-to-Order (MTO): Exchange or store credit only

  • Condition: Unworn, tags attached

  • How to start a return: Email support@trapnshorts.com with your order # (or link your returns portal)

At Trap’N Shorts, many of our items are made-to-order, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, but we do offer store credit or exchanges when eligible.


We Accept Exchanges or Store Credit If:

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Trap'N Email with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief explanation

Once approved, we’ll provide options for an exchange or store credit.


We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Orders within the standard 7–14 day production timeframe


🔄 Exchange & Store Credit Policy

If your request qualifies, you can choose between:

  • A replacement item of equal value (once available)

  • A store credit code to use on a future purchase

No monetary refunds are issued unless a replacement is unavailable.


📦 Return Shipping

If a return is needed due to our error, we’ll cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.
