Return & Refund Policy

At Trap’N Shorts, every item is made-to-order, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns for size issues or buyer’s remorse, but we do offer store credit or exchanges when eligible.


We Accept Exchanges or Store Credit If:

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Trap'N Email with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief explanation

Once approved, we’ll provide options for an exchange or store credit.


We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our Size Guide)

  • Change of mind or style preference

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Orders within the standard 7–14 day production timeframe


🔄 Exchange & Store Credit Policy

If your request qualifies, you can choose between:

  • A replacement item of equal value (once available)

  • A store credit code to use on a future purchase

No monetary refunds are issued unless a replacement is unavailable.


📦 Return Shipping

If a return is needed due to our error, we’ll cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.
