Shipping Policy for Trap’N Shorts
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the next business day. Some items are made-to-order and is indicated at the bottom of the listing description and take 7-14 days to ship.
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the U.S. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1–3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping services to serve our international customers better.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $55.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@trapnshorts.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@trapnshorts.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
