TL;DR: If you signed in with Facebook and want your data deleted, contact us below. We’ll remove Facebook-derived profile data and confirm within 30 days.

What data might we have?

  • Name and email provided by Facebook Login
  • Your Trap’N account ID and basic account settings
  • Order history (if you placed orders) and non-sensitive analytics tied to your account

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@trapnshorts.com with subject “Facebook Data Deletion” and include the email tied to your Facebook account.
  2. Or use our contact form: trapnshorts.com/pages/contact (select “Facebook Data Deletion”).

We’ll verify the request (to make sure it’s you), remove Facebook-derived data, and confirm within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Facebook-provided profile data (name, email)
  • Login tokens/sessions from Facebook Login
  • Marketing/analytics identifiers linked to your profile

What we may retain (and why)

We may keep records required for legal/tax reasons (e.g., invoices). When we must retain something, we de-identify it from your personal profile wherever possible.
